What Alignn is

Alignn is a people intelligence platform that provides personality assessments, weekly pulse surveys, safety reporting, and AI-generated team insights for South African companies.

What Alignn is NOT

Alignn is not a clinical psychological assessment tool, a replacement for professional HR advice, a certified OHS management system, or a legal compliance solution. It is a data and awareness tool designed to support — not replace — professional judgement.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Alignn only for its intended purpose of understanding team health and safety. You may not use Alignn data to discriminate against, penalise, or dismiss employees.

Personality assessment disclaimer

Assessments are indicative only — not clinical diagnoses. Alignn's Personyx assessment is a workplace communication and engagement tool, not a psychological diagnostic instrument.

Safety reporting disclaimer
